I had a wonderful experience with Dr Rina. I was nervous about getting my treatment, as it was my first time ever having Botox however she completely put me at ease, took her time to answer all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient.

Absolutely recommend Dr Rina for her knowledge, professionalism and ability to explain treatments and techniques with ease. As a 40 something I wanted to look fresher around the eyes. I had under-eye polynucleotide treatment with Dr Rina and had a fantastic experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the science behind the treatment, which made me feel very confident in the process. Not knowing what to expect i was very nervous going to see Rina for the first time little did I know I had nothing to worry about. Rina is so so lovely she listened to my concerns advised me on the treatments that would benefit me without me being obliged to go ahead at my free 20 minute consultation (which by the way went well over 20mins!! )
Week later I went for my treatment. Antitiwrinkle and Dermafillers, this time I was really excited not nervous.Rina is so light handed honestly i could barley feel the needle, results were instant which made me actually cry looking in the mirror for the first time. Am so looking forward to my skin booster treatment next week.
It is also reassuring walking away after treatment Rina is contactable anytime should i have any questions or concerns.
I would highly recommend Rina she is an amazing Dr, very knowledgeable friendly and patient. Rina is very passionate about what she does which defintly shows in her work and approach.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Went to see Dr Rina as my skin was feeling a little dull and I wanted something to make it feel more rejuvenated. This was my first time having any aesthetic treatments, and I’m so glad I chose Dr Rina Shah. I initially came for under-eye polynucleotide treatment and also had other facial treatments. From the start, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease.

Amazing experience!
I felt like Dr Rina listened to all my concerns regarding my skin and found the best treatment for me. I had 2 sessions of Profhilo with Dr Rina. My skin was looking heavy, aged and tired. Gravity was pulling everything down! A week after my 2nd session my skin is plumper, bouncier and fresher looking noticed by myself and others. It has also lifted somewhat. I was a little doubtful that at my age (57) Profhilo would effect enough of a visible change but it definitely has! Dr Rina was very patient and knowledge. She gave me lots of detail about various treatment options and didn't do the pushy hard sell which some places tend to do.
